I am sorry to be bearer of bad news, but we only deliver to customers in Europe, and the current Winter Sale is therefore limited to our EU and UK websites.
As the Falk US distributor is an independent reseller he is free to set his own prices and decide whether or not to offer discounts and other promotions.
