Questions and Answers:
How do I remove the white sticker inside my pan?

  1. First add a couple of centimetres of water to the pan and simmer for a few minutes to soften the adhesive.
  2. Use a non-metallic utensil to lift one of the corners from the stainless steel interior.
  3. Then peel as much of the label as will easily come off. You may then see the word “void” on the plastic remaining. Please ignore this and rest assured this does not affect your right to return the item under either our terms of sale, or your statutory rights.
  4. Now scrape away any remaining sticker.
  5. Any gummy residue from the label can either be removed with a solvent such as WD40, or nail varnish remover, or alternatively polished off using the complimentary bottle of Bar Keepers Friend we include with every order.

Thanks for posting these tips. I had difficulty removing these horrible stickers from my new saucepans and felt at the time that these were an unnecessary inconvenience. I’m pleased that you will not be using these again. Good decision!
