Here are the revision points to update:
1. Falk poineered the bi-metal in 1984, which is a bit ore than 20 years ago.
2. Bimetal
- Stainless steel isn’t really a coating – two plates are pressed together
- S/S is interior not exterior!
- Main benefits of S/S are are hygienic, indestructible
- Some further explanation:

3. Brushed finish
- Other brands of copper have a shiny copper finishes
- This tarnishes in a few days and even shows fingerprints
- Our brushed finish eliminates the need for regular polishing allowing customers for time to cook
- Bit more info about our brushed finish:

4. My comment
– Main benefit is significantly reduced maintenance (polishing and re-tinning) – maybe change “inconvenience” to “ high maintenance”?
– can’t say just require just require soapy water, as cleaning powder also used
5. Starter set is 3 pans and a lid – probably best to remove “five” in penultimate paragraph.
